Look out Sacramento here we come

Reese so happy to see green plants.
If you want to buy a wetsuit, you have to try it on.

 Not you Parker!
Five guys for lunch, enough said.
Gregg always thrilled to see a bison.
 Can you read the sign?
Don't stand too close to a horse.

 Photo time.

 Another try on session.

Do stand close to the train.

Hanging off the train; not as easy as it looks.

This was street level at one time.

Everything is built up to this level now.
 Sacramento temple.

My guess is Parker is tired of the pictures and tired of the shopping.

It's a rare thing to get all seven of us together these days and we loved it.  Big kids cost more money, have more stamina, are interested in lots of things and are fun to laugh and talk with.  Oh, and the girls love to have their picture taken.

Time Marches On

An overview of March.  Keely was inducted into the honor society
 Gregg was the speaker.
 He also announced Keely's name.
 Weird sisters.
Can you read that sign on the door?
This is Gregg's new office, he's the Bishop of the new Sierra Highlands ward, formerly the Reno 3rd Ward.
Lacrosse season.  Reese on left with light blue goggles, plays a mean defense.  She knocked two players over after being in the game for 20 seconds give or take.
Keely at the back.  Our long legged center plays the whole length of the field.
It's been a blast and alot of hard work.

Here's where I'm headed

This is the new color and style for the kitchen cabinets.
I can't believe I waited so long to get started on this.  Every time I walk in the kitchen I just stare at this lone redone little cupboard.  Now I'm ready to get busy.

It's time

When we first moved into this house I sanded and stained the kitchen cabinets red on the bottom with natural knobs and natural on the top with red knobs.  I'm over it.  This project has been in the works for some time.  I just needed to figure out the method for change.  Thus the mismatched doors under the sink.  I was using those doors as my guinea pigs.  I've found what works and I'm working on it right now.  Ok I'm working on one right now so check back to see where this kitchen is headed.

Now that's a picture

I got this idea from blogland.  Bree helped me put this file onto a flashdrive and off to staples we went.
One 3ft X 4ft print later.  Massive family picture.  Gregg helped me make the frame and we hung it up just before his basketball team showed up for the end of season banquet.  Yeah, it's big.

Made me laugh

Parker was going camping in the snow with the boys scouts.  This was our first attempt at dressing him warm.  Yes, I got rid of those snow pants after this picture.  Gag!

Love Decorating

I decided to change my d out.
 Cut out a heart
painted, sanded and used pink fabric to hang it.
You may remember when I first painted this dresser it was decorated like this.
I decided that metal hanging wasn't working anymore.  So now it looks like this.  All things Donnelly and love.
Gregg made this for me.  He was so proud of himself.  He had our anniversary wrong in the first draft.
Found those letters in our closet from some other time and place.
Gregg also made this.  I showed him the frame and this is his original design.  Love it.
The rest is stuff that I stole from walls and shelves in other rooms.  Now I just have to redecorate the spaces I stole stuff from.  It's all fun.
