Poetry Out Loud

 All the kids in school had to memorize a poem to recite in front of their english class.

 Each teacher then picked two students to participate in the poetry out loud competition.

 I wasn't sure this was something I wanted to attend but I got roped into it with a ride and saving a seat.

 I was pleasantly surprised to like it.  This was the first time I'd heard Reese's poem and I thought she did a great job.  And it was long.  Who knew?

 Blakelee and a bunch of the basketball team were there cheering her on.

 I've been shopping and wandering through Scheels sporting goods since they came to town years ago.

I had no idea there was a place to take pictures there which they send out so you can put them on your social media.  I'm not surprised my kids knew about it.
