vacationed out

We did go to lagoon, I had a headache and didn't take any good pictures. I'm ok with that. I did get a cure from Marilynn the pharmacist. A risky venture all on it's own. The last cure had a sleep aid in it and had me looking for a place to nap all afternoon. Much better results this time. Reese looking cute waiting for the more daring ones to get off a ride.
Parker got soaked on the cliff hanger. I think he was cold.

The stooges stalked their poor cousin Jace friday night at his grandma's house and again the next night at the wedding reception. He'll either be scarred for life or have a swelled head from all the attention.

Uncle Tom took the girls to Jimmy John's for lunch after the wedding. They got a kick out of the signs. Maybe we've only had delivery here.

Three Stooges Reunion

Reese, Blakelee and Megan got along famously.
Only seeing each other once a year does not slow these yahoos down. They laughed, joked, danced (in Home Depot), sang, and applied make-up like they see each other everyday.
What a fun cousin! We love you Megan.

Parker the chair

Being the youngest at our house Parker enjoys seeing cousins and playing big brother.
He didn't mind that Faith decided to use him as a chair while eating her cheetos.

While driving from Marilynn's to Michelle's one morning the two of them had a fun conversation in the back of the van. What a nice boy you are Parker. James is that your eyeball peering up at me?

Bonus Wedding

Since the van broke down our vacation was delayed which allowed us to be there for Jordan's wedding. The girls killing time waiting for us to come out of the temple.
Nice picture Megan.

What happened here?

The happy couple. My youngest cousin Jordan and his bride Monika.

It was a busy day at the temple. The sealer said there were 55 weddings that day. Thus all the other people in the pictures.

Uncle Bob holding the bouquet. Where is the rest of my family? Aunt Renae, Holly and kids, Hayley and fam, Scott and fam. Wait I spent two days with these fabulous relatives and I didn't take their pictures. How lame am I? I'm so glad things worked out the way they did. We had a fun time with the South Jordan Brady's. The wedding was beautiful. Thanks for letting me be there Bob and Renae. Reese and I had fun helping set up for the reception.
Before we left temple square hot, and hungry we had to see the model of the temple. It is awesome. We cut in front of a bunch of people so I didn't stop to take a picture of the other side which is open. How pretty is this with the temple reflected in the glass?

Bring it on Peaches

The teams, boys against the girls. I told the girls to looks tough. Megan, I don't know what that face is. Nice smile Emily. Let's try again. Look tough. Reese and Blakelee think they are Charlie's Angels. Good Megan. Emily are you looking for an idea from the big girls?

Third times a charm. Way to look tough Emy.

The boys of course get it. Although not tough enough to scare Faith.

Whose mom is that leaning in with the cheesy smile? didn't she get the memo. Tough.
Someone get that baby a gun.
Ah, there's James. Taking his role very seriously.

What do you know that cheesy grinning mom was Thor the high scorer. Way to go boys you killed the girls.

Tearing up the lanes

Hi Emily
Mother daughter bonding.

Ok we didn't break anything this time.

But we had our fair share of troubles with the lanes.

In the end we managed to get through a game with our passle of kids.

Megan was on the injured list but managed to tough it out.

Did I mention we have alot of kids?

Movie Time

We went to see a movie in the park one night. Which was quite a funny show.
First night, drive to Utah (in the pouring rain) go to the drive-in. What a fun crowd. Thanks Natalie for the pictures, I was having camera crisis during these times.

We are the champions

Yes this is ancient history but I just found these pictures I swiped off an email. Sometimes I surprise myself.
First place. Parker had fun being a Tiger and meeting some new friends. He was often found talking to Bailey the one girl on the team. Don't tell him I told you that.

Waterslides

Another fun day on vacation.
Classic waterslides.

We don't have anything this simple or inexpensive in Reno.

Not to mention the fun part.

Parker and his new friend. Two cuties with slushees.

Yeah, nice face Megan.

Vacation

First up a makeover for Faith courtesy of all the big girls. It's hard to tell in this pictures but this makeover was complete with mascara and eyeshadow. Only Blakelee would attempt to put mascara on a one year old.
And sparkle toes for the big people.

Aah, so pretty and sparkly.

Day Camp

Nothing better than hanging out on a beautiful summer day with your favorite son at cub scout day camp.
Parker loves to shoot arrows.

He got his skill from me.

Yep, I hit the bullseye. In spite of that tiny bow. Gotta love the uniform.
This was the best in my opinion. Filling up bottles with water, pumping them full of air and launching them in the air. They water spraying out felt so nice as the temperature kept climbing. Another fun and exhausting day with the cub scouts.
